Tulsa World – Barbee Cookies Moving to a Bigger Shop in South Tulsa

Outgrowing its space, Barbee Cookies soon will move into a larger site at 8393 S. Memorial Drive in the Renaissance on Memorial shopping center. The locally owned cookie shop will double its space from 1,000 square feet to 2,000 square feet when it moves in late June, and it may expand over time to 15 employees, up from 10 now. “Our current location is too small. We’ve outgrown the space. We need a larger kitchen, packing room, shipping room,” said Kat Graham, co-owner of the store. The current shop has no seating, and with the move Barbee Cookies will be able to seat about 13 guests inside and outside on the patio, Graham said. Read More on TulsaWorld.com
